It ultimately depends on personal preference and available space. A garden offers more room for planting a variety of flowers, vegetables, and trees, providing a peaceful and natural environment. On the other hand, a balcony is a great option for those with limited space, offering a cozy outdoor area for relaxing and enjoying potted plants or small container gardens. Both can be wonderful spaces to unwind and connect with nature, so the choice between a garden or balcony comes down to individual needs and preferences. **

When designing a balcony, I first consider the purpose of the space - whether it will be used for dining, relaxing, or gardening. I then choose furniture and decor that fit the intended use and the size of the balcony. I also incorporate plants and greenery to add a natural element and create a cozy atmosphere. Lastly, I pay attention to lighting, colors, and textures to enhance the overall aesthetic and make the balcony a welcoming and enjoyable space. **

Yes, you can tan on the balcony. However, it's important to remember to use sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun's harmful UV rays. Additionally, be mindful of the time of day and the intensity of the sun, as prolonged exposure can still lead to sunburn and skin damage. It's also a good idea to check with your building's rules and regulations to ensure that tanning on the balcony is allowed. **

The likelihood of a balcony collapsing depends on various factors such as its age, maintenance, and weight capacity. Regular inspections and maintenance can help prevent structural issues that may lead to a collapse. It is important to follow safety guidelines, avoid overcrowding, and refrain from placing excessive weight on the balcony to reduce the risk of collapse. If there are any signs of deterioration or damage, it is crucial to address them promptly to ensure the safety of the balcony. **
